Returns & Cancellations

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
30-day return & exchange window
Unused items in their original condition and original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Please contact hi@Yocielo.com to receive return instructions before shipping anything back.
- Items must be returned in original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.
- Please do not send returns to the sender address listed on the package.
Refund timing
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
12-month quality warranty
If you receive an item with a verified quality issue, please email hi@Yocielo.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
